The Keffi 70s and 80s Elites Forum has described President Bola Tinubu’s approval of the rehabilitation of the Keffi–Nasarawa–Toto–Abaji Road as a major boost to economic growth, trade, and regional integration in the Nasarawa West Senatorial District.

In a statement signed by the Chairman, Comrade Lawal Ramalan Maizabo, the Forum said the President’s decision reflects his administration’s commitment to infrastructure renewal and national development.

The Forum noted that the Keffi–Nasarawa–Toto–Abaji Road serves as a vital gateway linking Nasarawa State to the Federal Capital Territory and other parts of the country.

It also commended the Governor of Nasarawa State, Abdullahi Sule, for his persistent engagement and strategic collaboration with the Federal Government that led to the project’s approval.

The Keffi 70s and 80s Elites Forum expressed confidence that with the continued collaboration among the leaders, the project will be completed on schedule in line with President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

The Elites Forum, a socio-cultural group comprising distinguished indigenes of Keffi who attended secondary schools in the 1970s and 1980s, has been active in advocating for infrastructure and community development in the region.
